Hi! I'm writing during my lunch break. I'm having lots of fun at Maynard but I miss Bickleigh so much! So I thought I'd visit the website and see what's going on! Although Nic still goes to the school, we don't really talk about events as we hardly ever see each other!

As a former student of Bickleigh school Circa 1975 I write to say thank you to my wonderfull teachers and beloved friends, Nicholas Thoms for befriending the Yank, Iean Banford for looking after me and Alison Hawkins for being the one who I still miss. Now thirty years have gone under the bridge I am working in California, each summer I drive to the school park up and walk around and an overwhelmed with the memories that feel like yesterday. If I could I would happly attend all over again , Lucien

I have begun corresponding with Mrs. Horrocks. I teach 7/8 year old students at my school. Your website is fantastic. Our school is developing a website. The newsletter and the mural is impressive. Your school seems to be a small school. Our school has about 540 studnets.

Bye,

Hi, I am researching my family tree and I was wondering where Bickleigh was. Unfortunately the man I am trying to locate was gatting married in Guernsey in 1841 so he would not have gone to your school. His father lived in your area, his name was Isaac Gould - I think. I am hoping to visit England later in 2003 and I may get a chance to call in. I am a primary teacher in New Zealand and would love to come and see how your school works. It looks a neat place to be. I love your environment area. Keep up the good work and have a great New Year. It is summer here so we are enjoying some fine weather. Ka kite ano (See you later) Shona

I am moving to Butterleigh next week, and thought I would see what I could find out about the area.
When I came across your website I was so impressed. Everythings seems to be covered - it really is interesting and informative.
I am looking forward to visiting the school soon.

Just wanted to say what a really good website - I was highly surprised that you did not win first prize in the Awards! We have just entered the Golden Owl Awards for the Summer Term but we are hoping to improve ours with some ideas from your site! If you would like to look at our site we would appreciate your comments - www.littlepaxtonprimary.ik.org

I was at Bickleigh last year and helped with the mosaic. I think it still looks as good as new, and it shows how good the school is at art.

I hope you enjoyed the day at ik just as much as I did. I do like the effects-cutouts? you have used for displaying your photographs. I am now off to explore on our software! Watch out for variations on the Castlemorton site now!
