Introducing Our Teaching Staff

Mr David Goode is our Head Teacher. As well as being Head Teacher Mr Goode also has responsibility for RE and PSHE and he teaches three afternoons a week.

Mrs Linda Kerrigan is our Deputy Head Teacher and is also the Class 2 teacher, teaching children in Years 1 & 2. Mrs Kerrigan has responsibility for Science. Key Stage 1 Literacy, Geography and P.E.
Mrs Kerrigan also runs our After School Sports Club and organises various out of school sport orientated activities.

Mrs Linda Lake is the Class 2 teacher on Fridays, teaching children in Years 1 and 2

Mrs Lake runs Ocarina Club on Friday lunchtimes for Class 2 children.

Miss Amber Perry is the Class1 teacher and has responsibility for Early Years.

Miss Perry also runs our After School Art Club.

Our Class 3 teacher is Mrs Sheryl Margesson, teaching children in Years 3 & 4. Mrs Margesson is also our Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator.

Mrs Margesson also runs our After School Netball and Tennis Clubs.

Our Class 4 teacher is Laura Thorne who teaches children in Years 4 & 5. Miss Thorne also has responsibility for Music.

Miss Thorne also runs our After School Dance Club.

Mrs Sarah Horrocks is our Class 5 teacher, teaching children in Years 5 & 6. Mrs Horrocks has responsibility for English, History and French.

Mrs Horrocks also runs our After School Drama Club

Mrs Lisa Hobson teaches History to children in KS2 on Thursday afternoons.

Mrs Hobson also runs Maypole Dancing Club in the Summer.

Mrs Melissa Watling teaches Modern Foreign Languages to children in KS2 on Thursday afternoons and works with Class 2 on Tuesday afternoons.

Mrs Watling also runs La Jolie Ronde French for Children sessions after school on Tuesdays.
